Towards the end of 2008, the APEC Architect Monitoring Committees of Mexico and the Philippines had searched for a common span of time convenient to both Monitoring Committees during which Mexico could hand-over the responsibility of Central Council Secretariat to the Philippines.

Memorandum of Understanding: Chinese Taipei and Philippine Monitoring Committees |

The APEC Architect Monitoring Committes of Chinese Taipei and the Philippines signed on April 25, 2009 a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a mechanism to eventually allow the provision of barrier-free architectural services between the architectural professionals of their economies.

New Zealand and Japan sign architectural services access arrangement |

Senior architects from New Zealand can now become registered architects in Japan under a new fast track registration arrangement which also allows senior architects from Japan to more easily become registered architects in New Zealand.
