Memorandum of Understanding: Chinese Taipei and Philippine Monitoring Committees

The APEC Architect Monitoring Committes of Chinese Taipei and the Philippines signed on April 25, 2009 a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a mechanism to eventually allow the provision of barrier-free architectural services between the architectural professionals of their economies.
